I just spoke with one of your customer service people, Christian, and I would like to thank him for his assistance. I have been talking to transport/courier companies all morning and Christian was the only one to assist in supplying the name of a firm who would transport dangerous goods for me and that was without me prompting him. Thank Christian you were a big help.

Congratulations on great service. I was being really given the run around by the courier and transport companys and all I wanted was to get a box from Sydney to the Gold Coast. Every group I spoke to was rude and intollerant and anything but helpful. My very last phone call was to Yellow Express and I finally spoke to a gentleman in William and others. Nothing was too much trouble and the problem was solved calmly and without hassle. My parcel was delivered on time and just as they said it would be and at a competitive price. In a world of transport dummies and careless stupid transport people Yellow Express are a shining light and very different from the rest of the amatures. Next time they will be my first call.

Just a very BIG THANK YOU to your company for delivering my parcel...late last night from Lidcombe to the City. I don't think any other courier company would have persisted as you have. I'm very grateful and I'm never using another courier company again!

A Merlin driver # 15 collected some goods from here on the 15/7/09. Not only is he the most well mannered person I have ever met, he is an absolute gentleman. He is a credit to you and your team, and I trust his methods rub-off to others...
