How do I open an account? |

You can open an account simply by filling in a credit application and returning it by fax to 02 9810 0111. A PDF version of our Credit Application can be found here. Alternatively, you may ask to have an application faxed to you by calling 1300 935569, or fill out our online application here. |

What is the Fuel levy and how is it calculated? |

The Fuel levy is a Government legislated charge that was introduced at the same time as the GST. It is a charge levied against freight charges depending on the current pump price sold to motorists. The pump price is calculated against the "Average Monthly Caltex Metro (NSW) Card Price" for fuel (excluding GST).
