At Yellow Express we want you to get the best service. We are constantly working towards delivering a better product and experience for our customers.
As such we are monitoring our service levels and delivery times. We aim to be transparent in our dealings with you and now offer the customer live tracking of jobs, traffic information and traffic cameras... in fact almost everything that our office uses to get your jobs where they need to be when you need them there.

We work out our performance averages based on all available data from our domestic, corporate and relocations services. These include hourly rate jobs, estimations, fixed runs, set price, retail services and call centre operations.

From this we are able to calculate the effectiveness of our service from the results posted over the past 3 week block. We look to update this calculation as soon as we have the data for the use of our customers. The delays are graded from the overall delays that we are experiencing as a company and may not reflect the actual effects on your jobs. As our service levels are an average from across our businesses we are unable to comment on the individual service levels that customers receive. These results may not reflect the actual individual experience.
